Our bodies are a vessel. A vessel that was formed with all aspects of the earth’s elements to function as one. The eyes being transparent like the sun given we can look into someone’s eyes and see more than just what’s on the outside but also see the light in anyone’s pupil, skin having a level of resilience to penetration to have the ability to protect itself from any harmful interferences, the bones from stone to provide not just strength and a base to keep everything sturdy but to endure pain and re-gain strength if any losses and injury occur. The hair and veins from what seems like the grass as it look and feels the same. Then there is the internal aspects of what forms the best parts of a body. The ability to smell which can either make someone run the other way or uplift a mood to dance and bump just because the smell wafting the nose is enough to eat which is amazingly connected to being able to taste with the blood that runs through our veins that give us life in itself as one cannot live with no blood in the body given if someone can bleed out, they are literally loosing “Life”. But what is more, the soul having an aspect of wind and spirit combined in one given the breath of life is a breath of wind, but also depending on what’s said it also can have a spirit of happiness and pure enjoyment behind it.

The body can not only grow and reform but is able to lose and gain all in one lifetime is awe-inspiring. To perform strenuous tasks and still recover from it all the while not doing anything at all can be just as straining and harmful given the body was made to move, not sit still. To be utilized in this lifetime but not overused and abused. To be taken care of by the soul that was placed in it. It’s not just the outer body that can be trained but every faucet internally such as the lungs and heart, anything that is a muscle and has the ability to grow. Even the bones which build strength as well as lose some.

As we are all aware as we get older, our bodies are known to deteriorate as if we were reversing in time going back to the original form out of the womb. The body is a host and what better way to live than to make the most of the grand creation we seem to take for granted more often than not, The Art of the Body.
